Kalpana Dhamne is Founder Director of the Company. She is a Commerce post graduate from Pune University. She looks into the Management and office administration for SSD Finman.
Mrs. Kalpana Dhamne has an experience of more than 10 years in the area of building teams and businesses, managing office affairs, etc.
She is a Past President of Inner wheel Club., a not-for-profit organization. Presently, she is an active member of this club and heads many projects of woman empowerment.
She has been a regular speaker at various social forums like Rotary. Recently she has been awarded with Best Woman Award from Rotary Club.
Prasad Dhamne is Founder Director of the Company. He holds a master’s degree in International business management. He is an active and dedicated entrepreneur. He holds an experience of more than 7 years in the field of Corporate Laws. He also looks into the matters relating to Securities Laws, Corporate Governance Matters, Legal Due Diligence, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, RERA Advisory Services, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) registration service, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) services, etc. In recent past, He was member of Rotaract Club and have discharged duties at different position like Treasurer, Finance Director and Sargent at Arms, Public Relation officer and Web admin. He has been awarded with various awards during his Rotaract career. Few of them are Best Rotaractor of the Club, Best Treasurer and Best Finance Director amongst the District.
